Parking Information - Old

Below you will find information related to parking options related to the property.

Tenants must have a parking card to access the garage. Parking is managed by JBGS Parking, located at 2345 Crystal Drive.

To sign-up:

There are 3 levels (G1, G2 and G3) under 1235, 1225, and 1215 South Clark Street. There are 4 levels (G1, G2, G3, and G4) under 200 and 201 12th Street.

Hours of Operation:   

  • Monday-Friday 6AM - 6PM
  • 24 hour access with Monthly Parking Pass.
  • Garage is open on weekends with free parking.

Daily Rate:  

  • Up to 1 hour: $6.00
  • Up to 2 hours: $11.00
  • 3 hours or more: $21.00   
  • Free if entering and exiting between 4pm and 6am.
  • Pay in lane with credit card 24 hours a day. 

Monthly Rates:  

  • Standard $175.00   
  • Reserved $350.00

Towing:  

  • If you have been towed, please contact Advanced Towing at 703.241.2211. Advanced Towing is located at 4000 5th Rd. N, Arlington, VA 22203

Lost Parking Card:  

  • If you lose or damage your parking access card, please report it to the JBGS Parking Office. There will be a $15.00 charge to replace a lost or damaged card.

Access:  

1215 South Clark St | 1225 South Clark St | 1235 South Clark St | 200 12th St

  • Tickets are given to drivers upon entry and credit cards are accepted as a form of payment upon exiting. The entrances to the garage are located as follows: 
    • S. Clark Street in the middle of 1235 S. Clark St and 1215 South Clark Street. 
    • 12th Street between 200 12th Street S and South Clark Street.
    • Crystal Drive between 1400 and 1300 Crystal Drive.

201 12th Street, S

  • Tickets are given to drivers upon entry and credit cards are accepted as a form of payment upon exiting. The entrance to the garage is located on Long Bridge Drive below the building.

 

Bicycle Racks & Storage

There is a bike cage located on the G1 level of 1235 S. Clark St. All tenants with Kastle cards/fobs can access the bike cage by using their Kastle card/fob against the reader. It is strongly recommended to secure your bike with a lock to the racks within the cage.

 

Car Charging Stations

  • Two electric car charging stations located in the G1 level of 1235 S. Clark St.
  • Two car charging stations located on the G2 level of 200 12th St. beside the elevator lobby.
  • Two car charging stations located on the G1 level of 201 12th Street near the exit gates.
  • Service Provider - Blink and Tesla

 

Contractor Parking

Contractors performing work on behalf of JBG SMITH must obtain a parking permit from the JBG SMITH Management office located at 1235 S. Clark St, Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22202. Only the point of contact and one additional vehicle can obtain complimentary parking. All other contracting employees must find street parking or pay for daily parking.
