Loading Docks

Loading Dock Location: 

1215 South Clark Street - Located on the north side of the building off 12th Street.
1225 South Clark Street - Located at the rear of the building off 12th Street and Crystal Drive.
1235 South Clark Street - Located at the rear of the building off S. Clark Street.
200 12th Street, S - Located on the rear side of the building off 12th Street.
201 12th Street, S - Located at the rear of the building off 10th Street.

Loading Dock Hours:  

The loading docks are open 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Moves are not permitted until after 6:00 pm Monday through Friday , and must be scheduled with the Property Management Team.

Loading Dock specifics:  

Hydraulic lift gates on delivery vehicles will be necessary.
